State Registration Certificate
State Registration certificate is an official document of the state which is used to testify about the status of a legal entity which is issued along with the data of that legal entity. This status would be included in to the state register of the legal entities. This particular single state register about the legal entities is generally termed as a single state information analytical database. This database will contain the information about the legal entities that were created, reorganized and which are liquidated.
The basic purposes of this State Registration Certificate are as follows. 
It is implemented in order to get the approval for establishing, to reorganize and to liquidate the legal entities that were formed. It is also used to make a compliance of those documents regarding the creation and liquidation of the legal entities. It is also used for the introduction as well as to retrieve the data about the created entities and this performed by the legislation order.
The order for the State registration certificate either for a political party or public and religious organizations as legal entity can be easily determined based on the corresponding law at present. The issue of State Registration certificate is in general implemented by the ministry of justice and by the department of ministry of justice. The basic authorities that lie with this ministry of justice are as follows. They have authority for implementing the legal verification of the entities.
They have rights to issue the State registration certificate based on the location of the legal entities. They also perform the maintenance activities of the single state register in which the details of the legal entities are stored. They perform the duty of publishing the list of legal entities that are registered under this ministry of justice on a quarterly interval basis.
