You need to do the following to obtain the digital signatures.

• Kindly fill up the form
• Affix photograph and sign across the same.
• Following documents are being enclosed :( Certified by Company Secretary or by notary of Home Country)

1.   Proof of Identity (ANY ONE)

a.    Pan card – Compulsory for Indian Citizen

b.    Passport -- Compulsory for Foreign Citizen

c.    Election ( voter identity ) card

d.    Driving license

2.   Proof of Residence: (ANY ONE WHICH CONTAINS ADDRESS OF THE APPLICANT)

a.    Passport

b.    Election ( Voter Identity ) card

c.    Ration card

d.    Driving license

e.    Electricity bill Latest (not older than two months)

f.     Telephone bill Latest (not older than two months)

g.    Bank A/c statement latest (not older than two months).
