Easily Copy Excel Table into Word Table

As accountant, you are using excel for accounting analysis but are now planning to make the switch these analyzed data of excel table to word table for presenting in your accounting report.

Paste special is the option in the edit menu of ms word file that helps you easily transfer excel table to word table in same format. For this, you have to choose formatted text (RTF) in paste special.

Before using paste special option, you must copy excel table by selecting and then copy by ctrl+c.  Open ms word file where you have to paste in same format and default format. Because in ms word, there is not any cell, so columns and rows will be hidden.
