in tally with the help of a bar code scanner, you can mention batch no. and expiry of items in your sale invoices. Through POS system in Tally.ERP 9, you can mention your message in sale invoices.
For this, you have to follow following steps :-
1. # Just create voucher type in Tally.ERP 9. It is POS Invoice. In this creation, you see the option of writing two message in which you can write batch no. and expiry of items.
2. # Now, pass the voucher entry at point of sale through bar code scanner. Before print on, it will open in microsoft office one note. Write the batch no. and expiry date of your sold item.Now, on the print and give this to customer or use for own record.
