As certified financial planner, your duty is not just give the best financial plan for investment but your duty is to give best advice for also saving  your customer from risk of investment of money. So, for becoming a financial planner, student should get proper education, skills and experience. In this content, you will study the steps to become a certified financial planner.



1st Step : Get All the Education which is Needed

For becoming financial planner, you should follow first step. Because most of certified financial planners are self-owned professionals. So, they need to get all the education. First, any student who have the graduate degree. If you are CA, M.Com or MBA or MA, it will be plus point. My friend is operating certified financial planner course in India for more than 4 years. In your city, there is also institute who will provide this education. In India, this education is new because India is growing in successful business. For successful business, we need professional advice for buying any new business or any property. So, professional certified financial planner's services are required. One important thing, you must remember before admission to any institute for financial planner course whether it is recognized from Indian Institute of Certified financial Planner or not. Its official website is www.iifpindia.com. IIFP is also operating Advanced financial planning and wealth management programme. It is post-graduate diploma which any student can do. In USA, there is single test of two days  whose name is CFP exam. which a student has to give in 50 location. Any student in USA who will get success in this exam. will become CFP.


2nd Step : Get Right Skills 

Only degree, diploma and certificate course is not enough for becoming certified financial planner. You have also the right skills which is required for working as CFP.
