DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR NGO REGISTRATION – AS A TRUST

1. Name of the TRUST ( Proposed )
2. Minimum 2 (Two Trustee) all should be from Delhi Only
3. Name, Occupation, Address, Age, Father's Name, Designation, Mobile Number, Email Address, Designation and Two Photograph of all Trustees required.
4. Address Proof of Trustee & Settler :- Adhar Card, Votar I.D / Driving license / Passport.
5. Main Objective of the Trust.
6. Office Address Proof of the Society – Electricity Bill / House Tax Receipt / Water Bill Receipt/ Ownership Prof of Property.
7. In case of Rented, Rent Deed duly notorised with rent receipt and NOC form Land Lord on Rs 10/- Stamp Paper. Name of Landlord, Father's name, Residence Address.
8. Physical Presence of Settler / all required at the time of Registration along with Original ID.
9. Physical Presence of 2 witness required having Adhar Card at the Time of Registration.
10. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR NGO REGISTRATION – AS A SOCIETY

• Proposed Name of the Society .
• Minimum 7 ( Seven Member ) all should be form Delhi Only – in the following designation

1. President
2. Secretary
3. Treasurer
4. Vice President
5. Joint Secretary
6. Executive Members

• Name, Occupation, Address, Age, Father's Name, Designation, Mobile Number, Designation of all Members required. Occupation may be taken as Social Worker / Teacher / Business / House wife.
• Address Proof of all Members required:- Adhar Card, Voter I.D / Driving license / Passport
• Main Objective of the Society
• Office Address Proof of the Society – Electricity Bill / House Tax Receipt / Water Bill Receipt / Ownership Proof of Property
