Broadband connection is an internet connection which always remains on. This connection enables viewing videos, listening to audios, downloading and gaming fast and without any interruption.

The customer who wants to get a broadband connection should first gather all the required information about the company from which he/she wishes to take the connection.

The customer should get the details of the company before signing any contract. The broadband connection can be applied either by person or online.

For both the processes the customer should submit the documents required for broadband connection.

If the customer wishes to apply for the connection in person he/she should submit the following documents required for broadband connection:

• The company which is providing the broadband connection requires the identity proof of the customer. Any valid identity proof should be submitted. The photocopies of either ration card, passport, PAN card, voter ID card, driving license, college ID card (in case the applicant is a college student), employee’s ID card (if the applicant is a service person or a self employed person).

• The applicant must submit his/her passport size photographs.

• For address proof the applicant should submit ration card, latest society or water bill, telephone bill, papers of property tax or IT papers.

• For office use the applying company should submit proof of address of the existing company like tax papers or as demanded by the net providing company.
