Sub: Application for cancellation of VAT registration certificate U/s 18(1) (a)

Respected Sir/Madam,

I Proprietor of the business known as M/s XYZ  , R/o Dehradun of holding TIN under the Uttarakhand VAT Act, 2005 hereby state that:

I have discontinued my business from                                        and had the NIL stockof goods are with me on the said date

I, therefore, apply for cancellation of my registration certificate under clause (a)of subsection (1) of section 18 of the said Act.

Further, as I have discontinued my business or wholly transferred my business or ceased to be liable to paytax, I herewith enclose my registration certificate along-with certified copies thereof for cancellation andthe blank statutory forms issued by the Commercial Tax Department.
