SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY TO PRESENT A DOCUMENT FOR REGISTRATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY by these presents that I, Asha, Daughter of Late Shri

Gokaldas Lalji Rajani and Wife of Shri Dilipkumar Vallabhdas Karia

aged about 55  years, Occ: Housewife Residing at AmeerPet, Hyderabad,

AndhraPradesh hereby nominate, constitute, appoint and                                                   

retain ShriDivyesh M Rajani S/o Mukund Gokaldas Rajani aged about  38 years,

Occ: Business Residing at station Road, Navsari, Gujarat

(hereinafter called the said Attorney) to be my true and

lawful Attorney to do in my name and on my behalf the following single act, that

is to say:

A family settlement agreement between legal heirs of my two elder brothers

viz.(1) Late Shri Mukund Gokaldas Rajani who died leaving behind him surviving:

                         1. Lata Mukund Rajani-his wife

                         2. Divyesh Mukund Rajani-his first son and

                         3. Dipesh Mukund Rajani- his second son

AND:

      (2) Late Shri Chetan Gokaldas Rajani who also died leaving behind him surviving:

                         1. Alka Chetan Rajani- his wife

                         2. Krupesh Chetan Rajani-his only son and

                         3. Riti Chetan Rajani- his only daughter

Was executed and duly registered at sub registrar office at Navsari, Dist

Navsari.396445,Gujarat, on the fifth day of August, 2010, bearing Registration serial no.

NSR-6261.For the above said family settlement agreement I have agreed to grant my

unambiguous full consent and tender no objection and sign consent deed before the 

sub registrar of Navsari, Gujarat.      

                       

            Whereas I being personally unable to go to Navsari, Gujarat for procuring

its registration NOW therefore I hereby authorize the said Attorney to appear

before the Sub-Registrar of Navsari, Gujarat and to present before him for

registration the aforesaid consent deed AND to admit execution.

            AND to do all things necessary for and incidental to procure the

registration of the said deed AND TO RECEIVE IT BACK WHEN IT HAS

BEEN DULY REGISTERED.

            AND I hereby agree to confirm and ratify all the whatsoever the said

attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done in pursuance of these presents.
